outside of our company. All information you submit to Le Petit Vendome is used solely
by our professional staff to better serve you as our customer.
Shipping Policy
All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to the
buyer in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or
import wines in any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for
shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act
on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Alcoholic
beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In
placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the
person to whom you are directing delivery is at least 21 years old. When your alcoholic
beverages are delivered, the person receiving delivery may be required to show
identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. If between the date of
order and date of arrival, the laws of your state change so as to make it illegal to
receive the shipment, you can return the order for a full refund. We will utilize the
least expensive means of shipping unless expressly told otherwise. We do not profit
from any shipping or packaging costs. What we pay is what you pay. Sorry, but we can not
ship to PO boxes.
